Movement is a form of self-care honoring our bodies, allowing us to connect with their unique rhythms and celebrate all that they are capable of.
My yoga journey began when I was a young girl, when I would watch my grandmother practice yoga. This early life experience with her left a lasting impression and instilled a lifelong love of yoga and wellness in me. Years later, I found myself stepping into my first yoga class, eager to explore the practice more deeply.
Today, I am dedicated to providing a safe space within our community, where individuals can meet new friends and connect with familiar faces. My teaching spans various disciplines, including Pilates, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga, as well as personal training. Each of these practices offers unique benefits. I am passionate about tailoring my approach to meet the diverse needs of my students. I love to draw inspiration from nature, incorporating its calm and rejuvenating essence into my classes. Whether you’re looking to build strength, flexibility or relaxation, I am here to guide you on your wellness journey.

For the past few years, our yoga community has united in support of our beloved furry companions from Carma Cats, Saving Paws Animal Rescue, and the SPCA.

This year, we are thrilled to introduce Puppy Yoga as a new offering. Not only will participants get to enjoy a unique and fun yoga experience alongside puppies, but all proceeds from the class will be donated to a good cause.

Do not let the name intimidate you, we start with mobility movements to ease into the session, followed by resistance training. Expect a mix of core exercises and cardio intervals to keep you challenged. This is a great opportunity to connect with your community, to see an old friend, or meet a new one!

The sound of the water rushing by, feeling the warmth of the sun, and smelling the sweetness of your surroundings creates a natural symphony. You might even see a turtle! The connection to nature amplifies the sense of tranquility and mindfulness.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with various athletes and their teams. By understanding and accommodating their unique physical limitations we were able to tailor to their needs. In turn, this helped them improve their movement patterns and enhance their performance in their respective sport.
In the past I have worked with: UNB Boys Hockey Prospects, UNB Girls Volleyball Prospects, FHS Girls Volleyball Prospects, and Championship Boys Hockey teams.

Welcome to your personalized yoga experience where your practice is tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals. In this one-on-one setting, you will enjoy personalized attention and guidance. Your practice will be enhanced with the use of bolsters, blocks, blankets, essential oils, and more. Perhaps you will appreciate hands-on assists to overcome challenges in a particular pose. Whatever your needs, your private session is a safe and supportive space to explore, learn, and grow at your own pace.
